As a value-add distribution we let our partners neither in their daily business, even in projects alone.
Technical advice to the partner is our strength.

In advance of a project, we can configure to our partner devices by their customer (shrouds), so that often only "fine-tuning" is necessary.

After the purchase, we make sure that repairs are fast and professionally handled and managed by our in-house service team, at many manufacturers even during the warranty period.

Also you have the option Test positions to get above us.

repair service

When sending label printers to us, it is imperative that you send with the consumables, even if you have purchased from us. Only then a reliable fault diagnosis is possible. However, please remove the label material out of the printer and pack it separately in order to avoid damage to the printer mechanism during transport.

Not prepaid shipments, we can not accept. These are sent carriage forward to the sender!

Devices that are out of warranty, or indicate their failure to an operator error or violence, we charge a verification package (excl. Postage and packaging).
