Service for other fabricates on demand!

 

Please take care to sufficiently safe packaging and use as far as possible the original packaging. Consumables, such as rolls of labels or ribbons are to be taken for the transportation of the printer and ship separately.

We wish to emphasize expressly that, in insufficient packaging, any liability for damage in accordance with § 427 para. 1 no. 2, para. 2 HGB is excluded from the freight forwarders. However, if you do not send a device sufficiently packed, we also exclude any liability for damage for the return to you. We reserve the right to pack such goods transport safe and to charged the additional costs incurred to the submitter.

For devices that are out of warranty, or their failures are due to an operator error or violence, we charge a verification package (excl. Postage and packaging). This will be deducted from the repair.

Non carriage-free sent repairs or goods to ID.SYS will not be accepted and not be processed

Special agreements require in a particular case a written confirmation by ID.SYS.
